“I talked on the phone with an outpatient and the patient wanted to let me know they had come in for a PFT and Angela was exceptional. She took the time with the patient to explain the test and used a spacer with the MDI. The patient said in all the years of using an MDI no one had taken the time to explain the importance of the spacer. Angela showed the patient, and they now use it 4 months later. This has made a significant difference in their life. The patient said their breathing had improved and was thankful for Angela.”
